亞馬遜網路書店終於在十月廿三日，正式推出傳聞已久的「看內頁」增強版，新功能的名稱叫做「查內文」（Search　Inside　the Book）。你只要打上想找的關鍵字，任何書如果包含那個字，不論是出現在書名、簡介、分類或內文的任何地方，就可以找出來，甚至還可以標示是出現在哪本書的哪一頁的哪一行的第幾字。
會不會是這個理由，所以到目前為止，不論是古騰堡計畫還是百萬書模式，紙書數位化推動最力的還是學術界呢？……

How It Works
A significant extension of our groundbreaking Look Inside the Book™ feature, Search Inside the Book™ allows you to search millions of pages to find exactly the book you want to buy. Now instead of just displaying books whose title, author, or publisher-provided keywords match your search terms, your search results will surface titles based on every word inside the book. Using Search Inside the Book is as simple as running an Amazon.com search.

...Once there, you'll see that "rocket experiments" is highlighted throughout the page and that you can browse forward and back two pages. Additionally, you'll find a navigation bar above the page that allows you to search for other terms in the book and browse other pages...
